Tuition and Fees
The tuition and fees for the University of Pennsylvania PennCLO Program in the 2013-2014 academic year is $23,566 per course block, including room, board, and materials. Tuition and fees are reviewed yearly and may be increased with the approval of the University of Pennsylvania trustees. An additional course is required for the master's degree along with a fee of approximately $5,482. Candidates for the EdD degree must either already have a master's degree or complete the master's degree offered through this program. The sixth dissertation block requires the $23,568 fee as well.
